01 — Use of This Website

You may use this website for lawful personal purposes only. You agree not to use this website to: transmit spam or unsolicited communications, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, reproduce or distribute any content without written permission, or engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the site’s operation.

We reserve the right to terminate access to the site for users who violate these Terms.

02 — Products and Pricing

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are displayed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display product information accurately but do not warrant that descriptions, images, or pricing are error-free.

If an error is discovered after an order is placed we will notify you and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

03 — Orders and Payment

By placing an order you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed for resale or commercial redistribution. IZA RITUAL products are for individual consumer use only.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. Your card is charged at the time of order placement. All transactions are encrypted via SSL.

04 — Subscriptions

The IZA RITUAL Circle subscription program operates on a recurring billing basis. By enrolling in a subscription you authorize IZA RITUAL to charge your payment method at the selected frequency until you cancel. You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal with no cancellation fees.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for that cycle. Subscription pricing and frequency may be updated with 30 days notice to subscribers.

05 — Intellectual Property

All content on this website including but not limited to the IZA RITUAL name, logo, brand identity, product photography, written copy, and design elements is the exclusive property of IZA RITUAL LLC and is protected by US and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission. IZA RITUAL® is a registered trademark of IZA RITUAL LLC.

06 — Sales Tax

Sales tax is collected on orders shipped to states where IZA RITUAL has established nexus in accordance with applicable state and local tax laws. Tax amounts are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. IZA RITUAL uses TaxJar for automated sales tax compliance.

07 — Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and all products are provided on an “as is” basis. IZA RITUAL makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any content or product. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

08 — Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IZA RITUAL LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim arising from a product purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

09 — Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

10 — Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
