01 — How We Ship
IZA RITUAL coffee is roasted and packed in small batches at our source in Tanzania. Once your order reaches our fulfillment hub in Parsippany, New Jersey, it is processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
We ship across the continental United States via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground. Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. During peak periods including holidays and new harvest launches, processing may take an additional 1 to 2 business days.

Subscription orders receive free standard shipping on every delivery, regardless of order total.
03 — Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Use this number on the carrier’s website to follow your package from our New Jersey hub to your door.
If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of your order confirmation please contact us at support@izaritual.com.
04 — International Shipping
At this time IZA RITUAL ships within the continental United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international destinations. We are working to expand our shipping footprint and will announce new regions when available.
05 — Our Coffee Return Policy
Coffee is a fresh, perishable product. Because every bag of IZA RITUAL is roasted and packed to order in small batches, we are unable to accept returns on coffee once it has shipped, whether opened or unopened. This policy is consistent with industry standards across specialty coffee brands.
However, we stand behind every bag we send. If your order arrives damaged, if there is an error with your shipment, or if the quality does not meet the standard we have promised, please contact us at support@izaritual.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue and we will make it right — with a replacement, a store credit, or a full refund at our discretion.
06 — Non-Coffee Merchandise Returns
If your order includes merchandise such as brewing tools, accessories, or branded items, these are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
To initiate a return please email support@izaritual.com with your order number. We will issue a prepaid return label. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method.
07 — Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is confirmed delivered by the carrier but not received, please contact us within 5 business days. We will work with the carrier to investigate. IZA RITUAL is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend shipping to a secure address.
If your package arrives visibly damaged, photograph the packaging before opening and contact us immediately.
08 — Order Changes and Cancellations
We process orders quickly to ensure freshness. If you need to change or cancel an order please contact us within 2 hours of placing it at support@izaritual.com. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after this window as the order may already be in processing.
